Encounter with Silence Scriptural Retreat (Silent)

A scriptural retreat spent in silence, meditation, and prayer with four daily meditations on Gospel teaching. Eucharistic Liturgy is celebrated daily. Please bring your Bible and a notebook. The “Encounter with Silence” retreat is an adventure in contemplation. The retreat offers a time of exploration, evaluation, and interruption to your ordinary pattern of life – disengaging you from the regular round of respectable human activities. According to Dorothy Day, her Encounter with Silence retreat experience was “like hearing the Gospel for the first time.”

Time: 
Begins 8:00 PM Sunday and ends the following Sunday with full breakfast.
